My name is Charles Healey and I’m a certified personal trainer for over 15 years and we began the FASTR project to help others stay on the cutting edge of what’s available with fitness, health, and supplements.
Early on, I was the type that could never put on weight regardless of what I ate, drank or how much I worked out. I was the epitome of what most would love – the lean, mean, eating machine and looked phenomenal even if I do say so myself.
Then the big 3-0 hit.
While in my mid 30’s, I went through more than just the typical weight gain. I suffered from anxiety, depression, and low energy.
There were days that I couldn’t get out of bed which led me to look for alternative solutions.
I began privately talking with IFBBB Pro bodybuilders, befriended doctors from the gym, Pharmacists, as well as other professional trainers.
In essence, I became a full time researcher on how to achieve the peak health and fitness states as I aged.
That’s when I discovered a new world of information that wasn’t being shared with the general public on everything from testosterone boosters to products like HCG for weight loss along with little-known hacks and supplements to work, keeping the body in peak performance.
Fully Researched, In Depth Guides
See, the way we feel is reflected in more than just what we do in the gym.
It’s in our everyday lives from our work to the way we raise our children.
Now, we have a team of researchers and writers to help us bring you the information you see here today.
I welcome you to our Fastr project and invite you along for the ride.
Below, you can signup to receive our daily email where you’ll see product reviews, how to guides, and our ‘best of’ supplement series.
